Do you want to be the EMEA Credit Manager for a huge US owned listed business.
Reporting to the Director of Reporting and Compliance, this position will be accountable for the successful operation of credit collection activities across Gilead's International subsidiaries located in Europe, Middle East, Australia, Asia, Japan and South America.
Your main duties will include but not be exhaustive; Sets the strategy for credit control across all entities outside North America; Involved in setting credit limits for the most significant customers and those with highest risk; Reviews and manages credit risk for expansion to new geographies; Promotes and helps implement best practice credit control and collection processes; Identifies ERP enhancement requests and helps with the design of new technology to support our collection processes and as an enabler for effective and efficient credit control and cash collection; Works with other members to the Compliance and Reporting team to track and forecast DSO and cash collections; Fosters and develop strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners; Motivates and supports the performance management of key employees responsible for credit control and collection.
The successful candidate will have
8 years+ relevant experience in a multi-national environment with experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical sector an advantage. Have specialist credit collection knowledge and possess relevant professional qualifications from the Institute of Credit Management or similar professional body.
