Start your job searchAre you a part qualified management accountant looking to get qualified within a fast moving global FMCG business? Or a newly qualified accountant looking for a company culture that values work life balance as well as career development? My client is a half a billion turnover FMCG business, based in Newbury they have enjoyed significant growth over the past 2 years and are looking to expand their finance department. Due to this growth an opportunity has arisen within the Financial Planning and Analysis team for a part qualified or recently qualified management accountant. The role will be reporting the EMEA FP&A Manager all will provide support to the budgeting, forecasting, planning and accounting teams in the UK & Ireland. Responsibilities include:
- Management accounting
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Variance analysis
- Reporting
- Planning
The ideal candidate will come from an FMCG or other fast paced consumer focused organisation and will be educated to degree level. They will have a minimum of 2-3 years exposure in a similar role, and be a finalist or recently qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA. You will be familiar with IFRS and have previous exposure to financial analysis and variances. You will be a strong and articulate communicator across all levels and be confident under scrutiny.
