A leading transport company is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Central London based offices. The role is initially 6 months, however there is potential for this to be extended for the right candidate.

The main focus of the role will be providing support to the project team who will be working closely with mergers and acquisitions within international entities. Responsibilities will include preparing budgets against forecasted expectations, as well as variance analysis for project accounts. It will be expected that there will be a considerable amount of ad hoc analysis involved, as well as regular business partnering with other non-financial operations. Transport experience is desirable, however not essential.
