Finance Analyst

Highly commercial newly-created role within a growing team set up to drive financial performance for a leading professional services firm. This role will suit a "people person" who enjoys a constantly evolving role and work environment.

In order to fulfil their plans for growth and development they are creating a new commercial finance team to business partner fee-earning and business services teams, providing relevant information to drive decision marking.

Role

Varied role providing any relevant information to fee-earners and business services teams on pitches, pricing decisions, profitability etc. This will give great exposure to senior personnel and to the operations of the firm, with plenty of room to progress/ specialise.

Duties:

• Carry out analysis regarding profitability for the office/ practice group
• Present findings and make recommendations following analysis, whilst using your deep understanding of the firm's performance and KPIs to provide context
• Work with project managers to support initiatives and map potential change
• Support the FD with presentations by providing relevant analysis
• Assist Partners and BD staff with pitches and pricing matters
