Finance Assistant / Mossley/ £22,000 Pro Rata / Part time (15-20 hours weekly) / Permanent

An established and high quality specialist manufacturing business in Mossley is recruiting a part-time Finance Assistant. You will be working within a small finance team for a highly reputable business. This role is well suited to somebody who wants work life balance but also wants to be challenged in a busy finance role.

Finance Assistant duties:

• Producing KPI reports including weekly sales and margin analysis
• Providing cover for making payments and providing weekly order bank
• Providing cover for the Purchase Ledger function
• Monitoring Purchase Ledger daily and clearing invoices for payment
• Supplier statement status summaries
• VAT return preparation
• Intrastats
• Other duties within finance as required

Finance Assistant requirements:

• Experience in the above duties
• Good Excel skills
• A friendly and professional manner
• High level of attention to detail
