A luxury jewellery brand based in South West London are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their busy and dynamic finance team.

Working as part of a team of 5 and reporting in to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day transactions for the company.

Duties include:

• Update and maintain the sales ledger
• Processing payments
• Issue invoices and credit notes
• Process customer receipts
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Resolve any customer queries
• Assist with month end reporting
• Assist with audits
• Ad hoc support when required.

The successful candidate will either be AAT qualified, or a University graduate who has gained experience working in a similar position.

Candidates must be able to perform V-lookups and Pivot Tables on Excel.
