A small business services company based in Hampstead, North West London are looking to add an experienced Finance Assistant to their small, yet dynamic finance team.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and working in a team of 5, this role will encompass all aspects of the finance function.

Duties include:

• Purchase ledger invoicing
• Preparing payment batches for suppliers
• Bank reconciliations
• Recording bank transactions
• Record sales invoices
• Dealing with suppliers queries
• Manage aged debt and chase as required
• Ad hoc support

This role will suit someone with a degree in Finance or Accounting with a years Purchase Ledger experience.

Candidates must have good Excel skills - V-Looukups/Pivot Tables

Sage line 50 experience is desirable
