A FTSE 100 organisation require an interim Finance Business Analyst to support a group wide finance transformation programme. The role is expected to last between 9-12 months and will be based out of their central London head office.

The aim of the Finance transformation programme is to accurately map the 'as is to be' finance processes and develop a new target operating model ahead of an ERP implementation project later in the year. As the business analyst you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the finance community to understand and map current finance processes.
• Performing Gap analysis and preparing the 'as is to be' documentation
• Business partnering with finance teams to advise on future functional capability and requirements
• design and build of future proofed best practice processes that will translate into the new ERP solution.
• Ensure robust governance and controls are maintained across the project.

To be considered you must have previously worked as part of a finance transformation; ERP implementation; or finance process improvement project. Ideally you will also be a fully qualified accountant with a deep knowledge of accountancy concepts and processes. Candidate who have worked in an agile project environment and are able to operate in a fast paced environment will be preferred.
