A desirable and profitable blue chip business based in Leeds, West Yorkshire is now seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. Partnering with operational stakeholders this role will look at the performance of projects, providing detailed costing infomation whilst also presenting the management accounts and commentaries to senior management.

The role will be responsible for;

• Management Accounting with commercial commentaries
• Performance and KPI reporting
• Business partnering with non financial stakeholders and central finance teams
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Various Commercial project appraisal work on behalf of the senior management team

Essentially targeting an CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant with strong commercial background either looking at project appraisals, contract negotiation or ina business partnering capacity. This role will require someone who is numerically astute and capable to identifying a trend or commercial data quickly and efficiently. It is a given that this type of role attracts someone who has sharp communication skills and capable or not only partnering but also challenging commercial concepts.
