A leading FMCG business with a reputable and recognised brand portfolio is currently seeking an astute and commercial Finance Business Partner to work within their successful Supply Finance team. In this newly created role, you will support the business in achieving planned strategies and goals, whilst providing support where required by the supply teams to deliver quality products.

Working closely with senior management, the responsibilities and duties will be broad and varied and cover logistics and supply from End to End. You will manage the financial reporting process in relation to logistics and provide management reporting on results and overheads for presentation to senior management. The position will champion financial controls and have a full overview of costs. You will work closely with logistics and supply teams to aid in operational decisions and targets, advising on adherence to accounting requirements where necessary.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and hold a numerate degree. You will also be able to demonstrate business partnering and influencing skills, ideally from the manufacturing or FMCG industry. The scale and breadth of the role will require excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to drive and encourage change.
