We are delighted to be working in retained partnership with our Client, a leading International Group who are recruiting a Financial Controller overseeing the controlling function for a UK operation.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for the entire finance team to include maintaining key strategic relationships with business partners to add value to the business, implementing strategies for improvement in processes and control, overseeing the audit process and complying with IFRS policies.

The ideal candidate will be Big 4 Trained with an ACA Qualification with a high level of communication skill being essential. Ideally you will also have had vast exposure to internal audit. International exposure would also be an advantage. Strong communication and relationship building skills to gain credibility with business stakeholders is a prerequisite.
