We are currently seeking a commercially minded Finance Director to work within an innovative and forward-thinking recruitment firm based in Central London. Our client is looking for someone eager to hit the ground running in this dynamic company on the rise. You will be responsible for growing the business, setting long term strategies whilst retaining a tight grip on the finance function.

Having only been established a few years ago and experiencing exponential growth, this role would suit someone wanting to take their next step and make a mark within a small, innovative business. Whether you're currently an autonomous Financial Controller or a late mover out of practice, which may include a qualified accountant from within the private equity or corporate finance division, this is an excellent opportunity to move into an operational business. You will be required to set up the finance function from scratch, focusing on growth and expansion with the end goal of moving towards a sale.

The nature of the industry requires a Finance Director comfortable working closely within a people-based business having technical ability to implement robust systems and processes.

Our client will only be considering qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), ideally with 3-5 years industry experience.
