Our client is looking for a Finance Director who is a leader in their field to fill a position in exciting and dynamic private equity backed leisure, multi-site business. It is an outstanding opportunity to play a major role at a company that are forward thinking and growing rapidly.

They are looking for someone experienced in property roll out and social networking to help partner with the CEO to grow and build the business, professionalising it. The main purpose of this role will be to build the finance function and put in place the processes and procedures to aid in business growth through the private equity life cycle.

You will be responsible for the rapid roll out of the property programme, have responsibility for the management of different revenue streams and grow the finance team through the rapid growth of the business. You must be prepared to implement systems and perform management information reporting with excellence. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with commercial know-how, a candidate who is social networking savvy and can aid in all aspects to the development of the brand.

The desired candidate will have multi-site experience, have relevant leisure and hospitality sector experience and be CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified. Experience in property roll out and private equity will be advantageous.
