Start your job searchMy client is looking for an interim Finance Director to join their Luxury Retail brand based Based in Central London. The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar role within the same industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the UK Finance function with 2 direct reports across Controlling & Commercial Finance
Partner the local Managing Director to drive revenue growth and profitability
Work closely with regional stakeholders to deliver global projects
Oversee process improvements, systems implementations and upgrades
Ensure to SOX controls, UK GAAP reporting and IFRS compliance
- Develop and train the team - supporting and mentoring high performers
Profile
- You must have previous experience working with a Listed business
- You will have a track record of people development and be an inspirational team leader
- You will be experienced in overseeing large scale transformation and projects including systems implementations
- A true business partner you will have a track record of adding value and supporting executive stakeholders across sales, marketing and operations teams
- Fully Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Good history of hitting the ground running
