My client, a high tech SME with growth plans and hopes to sell in 5-10 years are looking to hire a qualified finance manager to join their excellent finance team in newbury. The finance manager with report directoty to the CFO and will manage stakeholder relationships, produce management reports and manage the day to day running of the finance function. the role will be responsible for a small team and will need to ensure the quality of the financial information for the business.

This will inlcude:

• business partnering
• accounts production
• management reporting
• AP & AR
• process optimisation
• developing reporting suites
• forecasting
• budgeting
• project accounting

You will be / have:

• ACCA/ACA/ACMA qualification
• AAT or Degree
• Previous exposure to IFRS accounting
• Management of a small team
• Experience of working within an SME
