They are currently searching for an experienced Finance Manager to not only look after the day to day operations of the Finance function but also add value commercially to ensure the business achieves its strategic goals for growth.
More specifically, you will be able to motivate and develop the finance team, have responsibility for the full preparation of management accounts and related commentary, business partner store managers and other budget holders throughout the company to ensure targets and forecasts are accurate, and have the ability to question and challenge where necessary.
