A boutique venture capital business is looking for a Finance manager for initially a 9 month contract, this is due to a rapid expansion.

As the finance Manager you will be responsible for the largest entity producing a set of accounts through to assisting with the smooth running of the Audit process.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Preparation of year-end audit files
• Overview of the AP/AR function
• Cash flow forecasting
• Producing balance sheet reconciliations
• Quarter-end management reports for the board

Requirements:

• Qualified ACCA/ACA or equivalent
• Previously worked in Financial services
• Strong academic background
