A leading logistics firm in Rugby are seeking Finance Manager to drive site performance and oversee a team of Part Qualified Accountants, ensuring the supply chain function is run in a cost effective and seamless manner.

As Finance Manager, your main duties will be:

• Ownership of the month-end management accounting process
• Support with business decisions including investment appraisals
• Assess the financial performance of projects on a regular basis
• Budgeting and forecasting - communicating successes and concerns to senior management
• KPI reporting to support operational cost control
• Understand and communicate key cost drivers to senior management
• Manage and develop the team of Part Qualified Accountants

To be considered for the position of Finance Manager, candidates must be/have:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA fully qualified
• Experience within supply chain & logistics is highly desirable but not essential
• If you're not from supply chain & logistics but have experience in working at a fast-paced and operationally focussed site, you could also be a good fit for this position
• Proven experience in business partnering senior non-finance staff to drive financial performance

Package on offer for the position of Finance Manager:

• £50,000-£55,000 basic
