Key to this role will be to add financial control in a business that has experienced such rapid growth that the internal controls are now playing catch up. This role will be responsible for managing the banking relations, overseeing a small transactional processing team, produce management accounting and back end commentary, execution of cashflow forecasts, exposure to treasury and hedging whilst ensuring the smooth running and production of statutory accounts. This role will also take ownership and development of the ERP systems and play a key role reporting back to the senior board.

This role will execute the short term cash flow forecast as well as the short and long term BS forecast which in turn will help identify working capital opportunities. Essentially because of the exposure this role will get with the board and external stakeholders, it is required that this role attracts a qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified individual. It is a given at this level that you will be able to demonstrate excellent report writing, an ability to read analyse and interpret business proposals and presentation skills capable of connecting with both financial and non financial audiences in a clear and concise manner.
