Responsibilities:
- Developing an expert knowledge of the specific industry sector
- New business development through a variety of BD techniques
- Identifying and following business leads and opportunities
- Managing existing candidate and client relationships
- Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking
- Interviewing market leading professionals
- Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies.
Profile:
- Experienced recruitment consultant
- Experienced in BD and candidate management
- 360 experience
- Strong work ethic and a passion for the business world.
All relevant training and development will be provided to experienced hires who are not familiar with the financial market. In return you will receive a generous base salary, competitive commission structure and several company perks
