One of the best names in the London fund management space are looking for an enthusiastic, newly qualified ACA to join their finance team.

The role provides an excellent first move away from practice for any ACA looking to leverage off their qualification within financial services in a role which will put you on a strong progression path within investment management, or give you the option to branch out into other sectors.

The business invests across fixed income, equities, multi-asset and absolute return funds - seeking to add value over the medium to long term. Your role, as financial accountant, will be to manage the finance and accounting for the company legal entity; supporting the head of finance. You will be a key member of the team with regards to understanding of drivers of business performance and produce content and commentary on this basis for the wider business.

On top of the core finance, there will be a number of ad-hoc projects which will keep you busy when month end duties are feeling repetitive.

In terms of candidate you must be ACA (or equivalent) qualified (or approaching qualification) and be from any practice size; they have a preference for those from outside of the top 6. They are open on industry background so no prior knowledge of investment management is necessary but an interest is essential.

It is an exceptional position for any newly qualified ACA who is motivated by pursuing a career within this space.
