My Client is a specialist global provider of outsourced corporate services, reporting and fiduciary services, is hiring an Accounting Senior Administrator. Due to continued growth they are looking to increase the team in their Dublin office.

The Accounting Senior Administrator will join a growing team providing a full suite of financial reporting and administration services.

Some of the Key Responsibilities that are required are as follows:

• Provide day-to-day bookkeeping and administration services to a portfolio of Debt clients and structures
• Preparation of management accounts and financial statements in compliance with GAAP (IFRS and FRS102)
• Preparation of statistical reporting for quarterly FVC submission to central bank
• Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers as required.
• Involvement in billing and financial aspects of clients within portfolio, including raising invoices, collection of invoices and accurate time recording,

Some of the essential requirements are as follows:

• Professional qualification - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
• 2 years bookkeeping/financial statements preparation experience as well as experience in structured finance beneficial
• Knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102
