A leading and reputable name in the FMCG industry, our client is currently undertaking a strong period of exciting growth and expanding their product offering. Having recently acquired two successful businesses, they are now seeking a motivated Financial Accountant to help create new processes and ways of working to facilitate growth.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will assist with the financial reporting of the business. You will look at all aspects of financial control - undertaking budgets and forecasts in accordance with reporting requirements and developing the finance structure in order to help drive the company forward. A key requirement of the position is to help identify and recommend new controls and procedures in line with group requirements - helping to drive change and improve and develop finance to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be a part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a good, hands-on technical background that has ideally worked in a business that has experienced strong growth or change. Hands-on systems skills are required in order to optimise finance processes and controls.
