Financial Accountant

A large well-known hedge fund are looking for a financial accountant to join their growing finance team.

The company has great, state of the art offices and you will be in a close knit team within the larger finance team.

You will be responsible for accounts on both the fund and management entities as well as be responsible for the regulatory reporting. The role will give the successful applicant good exposure to senior stakeholder throughout the business (not just finance).

Key responsibilities:

• Thorough review of year-end trial balance, adjustment entries and financial statements for both the funds and management entities
• Liaise with the administrator to ensure timely responses to auditor's queries and delivery of financial statements.
• FCA reporting for the entities
• Liaise with senior management, legal teams & directors for review of the financial statements

The role would ideally suitable for someone who is recently qualified accountant with 0-1 years' experience. Financial services audit experience is beneficial but not essential.
