FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

1ST TIME MOVER / ACA QUALIFIED

£34,000 to £45,000 per annum + excellent bens

Leeds, West Yorkshire

My client, one of the most exciting businesses to work for in the region are undergoing a restructure of their financial accounting function and as such have the need to bring in a newly qualified ACA with a strong technical grounding. The role will be varied and incorporate tasks including, but not limited to:

• Production of the monthly and statutory accounts for the Group
• Prepare year-end accounts for the Group
• Assist with the annual audit and tax returns
• Collate information for KPIs and produce board packs for Directors
• Reconciliations - balance sheet and general ledger
• Maintain the fixed Asset Register
• Complete VAT returns and VAT analysis
• Treasury/Cash - extend long term cash flows & forecast
• Ad-hoc reports/projects from senior management
