An internationally recognised Pharmaceuticals company based in Reading is looking for a Supply Chain Financial Controller to join their developing team. The company has operations across Europe and employees over 150 individuals. They are committed to employee development and offer challenging responsibilities. You will report directly to the Global Director of Supply and be responsible for:

• Managing financial reporting, controls, forecasting and planning for all supply functions.
• Provide accurate and timely financial support to both the supply leadership and global finance teams.
• Lead the development of a small team and the development of the supply function in conjunction with the wider finance community.
• Providing financial support to all supply functions including manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
• Play a key role in cost studies on potential NPD and M&A opportunities.
• Develop the financial reporting process for a newly established factory.

The ideal candidate must be of graduate calibre and a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with experience of manufacturing/supply chain finance experience at a senior level. Excellent communication skills and initiative as well as the ability to work independently is necessary. Experience within the Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry would be advantageous.
