Highly innovative buy and build Private Equity Backed technology business in central London is seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. Partnering the Group CFO you will play a crucial role in driving the company to continued growth and success. You will be building close relationships with key internal stakeholders and be integral to the continued growth and success of the business.

With PE backing the business is going through an exciting period of change with ambitious growth objectives. As financial controller you will be crucial to ensuring that these objectives are met. The Financial Controller will have responsibility for improving the business's board packs and bringing in best practice with regards to systems, processes and controls. Key to the role is the building of strong relationships with key external parities such as banks, auditors and shareholders as well as across the business. Reporting and overseeing day to day cash flow you will be compiling month end, quarterly and annual auditing.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered having studied in a top tier accountancy firm. The CFO will have proven experience managing and developing a finance team in a PE Backed or leveraged environment. Experience in a business going through a transformational buy & build or in M&A is essential.
