A west London based property company is currently seeking a Financial Controller to complete various projects and to oversee the general day to day running of the accounts department. This role is 6 - 12 months in duration with the potential for it to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts
• Prepare and update cash flow projections on an ongoing basis
• Effectively establish controls and processes to manage risk and comply with the organisation legal requirements.
• Supporting management team with business analysis
• An element of business partnering within different department heads to ensure outstanding financial accounting occurs throughout different business units.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant with strong post qualification commercial experience
• Experience in the property/investment industry is an advantage
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work both independently, as well as part of the wider department
• Time management and ability to prioritise work load effectively
• Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal
