Start your job searchThis role is responsible for overseeing the finance team and all finance related matters and reporting to the Board. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Oversight of all day to day functions of finance team
- Internal and external financial reporting
- Chair the audit and remuneration committee
- Detailed financial analysis and manage all KPI's
- Strategic evaluation to ensure value of expenditure is maximised
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Statutory and tax returns
- Review and improvement of process and policy
The Person:
This role would suit someone who is currently in the not for profit sector or an experience finance professional who has a desire to give something back and move into the sector. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified accountant with relevant experience preferably NFP
- Customer focused and ability to deal with non finance personnel
- Good technical skills
- Ability to work to reporting deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
