My client, a US listed global IT business in Berkshire are recruiting within their FP&A division for an FP&A analyst. This is a key role within Group FP&A. The responsibilities include supporting the Global Planning Team by maintaining the company's existing suite of TM1 planning models and development of new models to facilitate the planning processes, primarily for budgeting and forecasting purposes and providing technical, functional and analytical support to business unit finance teams during the planning process.

The main accountabilities will be:

• Maintenance of the company's existing suite of TM1 planning models
• Development of new models and modules to support the team's goal of further utilising TM1, for example through
• periodic reforecasting and balance sheet and cashflow budgeting
• Collect and action ongoing change requirements in TM1 planning models
• Provide support to business unit financial planning teams throughout the planning process

You will be / have

• Top University Graduate
• Qualified accountant preferred
• Experience with TM1 model development and administration required (e.g. rules, feeders, TI processes, security, TM1 Web etc)
• Financial modelling and financial analysis experience
• Proven communication and relationship building skills
• A team player skilled in providing cross functional support
• Proficient Excel user
