As a Financial Services Recruitment Consultant, you will need to nurture relationships with existing clients and maximise the business potential within each of those clients. You will also be expected to map your specialist market to identify and develop new business opportunities. We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, who have the ability to build rapport quickly and develop long lasting relationships. To be considered, you must have excellent communication skills, a high work ethic and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
