FP&A Manager - FTSE 100 Business

Newly-created FP&A Manager position for a FTSE 100 listed business going through a period of growth. This role will give you exposure to different areas of the business and assist with strategic decisions, improving business performance.

Role

• Run the annual budget process - planning and delivery - including reviewing submissions and collating information from the wider business to report to the board
• Assist in integrating finance and strategy by managing financial aspects of the strategic plan cycle and keeping stakeholders are informed and engaged
• Ensure the budget and forecast model are assisting the business by analysing key metrics
• Develop a strong understanding of the input cost mechanics, including monitoring and understanding the impact of changes in external variables on Group performance
• Analyse and improve systems and controls within the team
• Act as subject matter expert in London and assist other local teams in Europe
• Work closely with the rest of the FP&A and commercial teams
• Work with stakeholders on ad hoc analysis to drive business depending on what's required
