We are working with a successful and reputable name in the FMCG industry that invests heavily in efficiency, continuous improvement and development to achieve growth. Due to recent internal moves and restructures, there now exists a need for an accomplished FP&A Manager to oversee the planning and reporting for the EMEA region and partner with relevant business heads.

Overall accountability for the position is being responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for EMEA, partnering across country divisions within the business to aid in strategy and decision making. You will be tasked with leading a small team and develop the budgeting and forecasting activities for the team. The position will also have key involvement in managing finance change and seeking continuous improvement in relation to systems and reporting tools and others areas where required.

To be considered you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have held previous FP&A managerial roles with demonstratable progression in your career to date. As well as having strong attention to detail, you will have excellent communication skills to business partner with senior stakeholders and lead and motivate a small team. Experience with reporting tools such as TM1 is advantageous, as is the ability to work in an environment experiencing change and improvement.
