Start your job searchThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading Fintech company based in Central London. You will be delivering the benefits of cutting-edge Java technologies to major client's in the asset finance industry. Building and maintain an industry-leading product capable of managing millions of complex contracts offers plenty of interesting technical challenges.
Resposnibilities:
Design & Develop React based UI Components in partnership with visual designers to be used by devlopers across the company.
Provide ongoing maintenance of the UI framework which support Alfa Sysems, and enhace this by using modern front-end stack
Contribute to transformational internal refactor projects concerning our view layer.
Work on emerging JavaScript based greenfield projects including mobile applications.
Validate the technical fesability of UI/UX designs and aim to deliver cross-browser and cross-platform compatiable solutions.
Provide front-end performance improvements.
Required Skills:
Previous experience building web apps using frameworks such as React, Ember or React.
Knowledge of JavaScript build process and tolling such as NPM, Webpack and Babel.
Good understanding of web markup and styling and the associated semantics and accesibility impact.
Good understanding of JavaScript design patterns, paticularly functional programming and composability.
