We are currently working with a pan-European real estate investment manager with investments spreading across both core and emerging markets throughout Europe. They are looking to an accountant to work with the finance team, supporting the Finance Manager and FD by overseeing the management of the fund and the financial and management reporting whilst also dealing with investors and getting involved in new and exciting deals.

The role on offer is a truly exceptional and quite unlike any other at this level as the finance team for this firm plays a key role in all of the deals. Your role is split into 3 elements Financial Reporting (oversight role), Operations and Transactions. The type of experience on offer here is what most wait 5 years + for.

This real estate fund manager has multiple investment strategies in a variety of real estate sectors . The company remains a boutique giving the successful candidate the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the entire company as the investment portfolio grows and to get involved with the multitude of investments taking place.

The business is looking for a Find Accountant who is currently working for a real estate fund who is or a bright ACA from practice that has worked on real estate funds and is looking to make their first move. Ideally you would also have worked in Transaction Services as the deal experience would prove valuable in this role. . Due to the nature of the role previous experience in real estate is key with experience dealing with funds essential as they are looking for someone able to get stuck into the business straight away.

They are keen for someone to have an excellent academic record with strong analytical, numerical and IT skills alongside exceptional knowledge of European Fund Structures. Strong interpersonal skills are also key with the ability to communicate throughout all business levels. This is an exceptional where you could make a real difference.
