Start your job searchA reputable, rapidly growing global private equity firm that invests in credit, equity and debt are looking for a motivated, analytical accountant to join their team as Fund Accounting Manager. This exciting opportunity will allow you to take on an important role within an expanding company that is forward thinking and creative in the way that it invests. Making this role a brilliant opportunity to pick up and attain new skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overseeing the administrators reporting on the funds each month and quarterly
- Working closely with the administrators to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and reflects all relevant insight from the wider team.
- Calculating management fees/ GPPS and report fees
- Reviewing and understanding the detail behind the valuation and other valuation information from the CIO office
- Managing fund cash and treasury positions.
- Review fund expenses, drawdown's and distributions
- There will also be the opportunity to get involved in fund raising efforts for new fund strategies, investor work and ad hoc analytical work.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an analytical individual, able to work through complex situations but also technically capable. You will also need to have prior private equity experience coming from either a senior manager role in the big 4, a fund administrator firm or an in house controller role.
