Our client, a global fund Services provider based in Dublin, is looking for a Private Equity Fund Administration Manager to join their Dublin Team. In this role you will find yourself running a team within their growing Private Equity Department and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the team and managing a portfolio of Private Equity clients.

Repsonsibilities will include:

Reviewing and signing off on the work of fund accountants as well as the quarterly management accountsAssisting the Head of Private Equity in business decisions and business development as well as in growing the Private Equity department through sale pitches, new hires and ensuring operational excellence.Maintaining relationships with clients.Coordinating annual fund audits.

Ideally they are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of Private Equity structures and 10 years experience within Fund administration with at least 5 of those in the Private Equity space. They are also interested in candidates with significant experience in a mangement position.
