A hybrid role within boutique VC fund manager in the West End working with the Finance and Fund Admin team. Reporting into the Fund Admin manager, there will be scope to progress into a more senior position inside your first year.

Your Responsibilities will include

- processing new applications, including necessary KYC/AML checks

- accounting for receipts and depositing cheques in line with client money requirements

- maintaining investor records

- processing EIS3 certificates for clients

- bank and asset reconciliations

- producing external valuation and other reports for both financial intermediaries and clients

Your Requirements

- intermediate/advanced Excel

- coding experience (VBA/SQL)

- numerate degree (eg Maths, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Physics) and good Maths A-level

- some exposure to Private Equity/Compliance/Asset Management would be advantageous
