German Speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk (Accounts Payable)

• Position - Purchase Ledger Clerk German Speaker
• Location - Manchester
• Salary - £28000
• Reporting to: Purchase Ledger Clerk German Speaker Team Manager
• Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

You will be working within a Purchase Ledger Team for one of the biggest companies in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work in a thriving multilingual finance environment. The role is due to an expansion and growth to the companies Accounts and Finance Department

• Match and coding purchase order invoices
• Dealing with German suppliers queries via email, telephone and letter
• Processing VAT returns
• Payment runs, processing CHAPS and BACS payments
• Allocating payments.

The Successful Candidate

• Fluent in German and English verbal and written skills

• Ability to work at speed and accuracy

• Good team player with a positive "can do" attitude

• Experience working within an Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Team.
