A Global Pharmaceutical business is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial insights and understanding of global costs for the business, maintaining a high quality of service to the business from the Finance function. You will be ensuring that all processes and tasks in this area of responsibility are developed in line with the evolving needs of this high growing organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- To be the financial lead of all global costs, both P&L and balance sheet aspects.
- Business partnering on global cost queries and provision of cost analysis to business managers
- Working within the team on all related Finance month end tasks including prepayments and accruals, to month end timetable
- Balance sheet reconciliations; involvement in monthly Balance Sheet Review process
- Preparation of cost analysis for external reporting purposes.
- Working with the FP&A Team on annual budgets and forecasts.
This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate who has recently qualified in industry (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) looking for a business that will provide progression. Ideally you will have 1-2 years post qualified experience in a similar role with knowledge of general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations. Ideally the candidate will be comfortable working in a complex multi-currency business environment and have relevant MS Excel and systems experience, with experience of Oracle Cloud being advantageous.
