Fast growing retail business based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Group Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly/recently qualified ACA looking to make their first move out of practice.

Reporting into the Financial Reporting Manager your responsibilities would include ownership of the consolidation process including management accounts, balance sheet and cash flow; preparation of the consolidated financial statements; provide the business with clear technical accounting advice and stay up-to-date with latest accounting standards; involvement in the year-end process; preparation of VAT returns and Intrastat; ad-hoc reporting as requested.

The successful candidate would be a newly/recently qualified ACA, ideally from a Top 10 accountancy practice. Knowledge of working with consumer businesses would be an advantage.
