Marks Sattin is partnering with a rapidly growing Technology company in their search for a Group Accounting Director. The correct candidate must be ACA qualified.

Responsibilities include and are not restricted to:

• Management of reporting function
• Improvement in speed of operations including month end process and reporting.
• Control of forecasting model and development of KPIs
• Supervision of Cash flow model
• Supervision of AP & AR functions
• Decision and implementation of new ERP system
• Complete redevelopment and continuous improvement of Systems, processes & controls.
• Complete review of current contracts and overhaul of procurement process and supplier ledger
• Find deficiencies in cost control and help drive margins
• Continuous development and improvement of budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Business Partner with wider business concerning and not restricted to the budget, KPIs, investment consideration and contracts.
• Direct line management of 4
• Coordination of Audit process
• Assist with M&A targeting and due diligence
