Our client, a well established global business is currently searching for a Group Financial Accountant to join their Head Office Finance Team.

Primarily responsible for all external reporting for the PLC and preparing documentation for NYSE and Companies House, your main duties will include the following:-

Interacting with key stakeholders throughout the Group Finance function and the wider business

Preparing quarterly financial statements

Producing accounts for the UK subsidiaries and holding companies

You will ideally be a newly qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) ideally with a strong international audit focus and excellent IFRS knowledge along with an in depth understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley principles.

This is an exceptional role that would suit either a first mover from practice or alternatively an individual with strong Financial Accounting experience within an international business, looking to strengthen their experience within this market leading firm.
