An growing innovative business based in Reading are actively recruiting for a Group Management Accountant to join their Commercial Finance team.

This role gives you the opportunity to work as part of the commercial finance function reporting in to the VP of commercial finance, you will act as a key business partner for the support functions of the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the financial data including analysis of actual results, budgeting and forecasting.

Duties -

• Understanding the cost, tracking the actuals and forecasting accurately for the functional areas.
• Business partner with the functional owner and help them to manage and forecast their costs to within their annual budget.
• Responsible for translating complex finance data and plans to key stakeholders (both finance and non-finance) within the business
• Working with all levels of the organization up to and including executive team level.
• Implementing new process improvements relative to functional area.
• Assisting with the preparation of investor packs.

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified or be ACA exam qualified soon to be time qualifying from the Big 4 and have advanced excel skills as well as excellent communications skills. Be able to communicate and build relationships to an executive level and be commercially aware with a strong financial understanding. Agresso knowledge would be an advantage but not a must.
