Start your job searchI'm currently working on a Group Reporting Analyst role for a global Natural Resources company based in West London. Ideally you will be a Newly Qualified ACA accountant with strong excel skills and will be looking to take your first step out of practice.
You will be reporting into the Group Reporting Lead and your responsibilities include:
- Preparing the consolidation journals
- Assisting in the consolidation and reconciliation of the monthly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Commentary on the monthly main statements
- Analyse and reconcile financial statements
- Assist with the external audit
- Prepare main statements for quarterly and annual reports and provide commentary
- Have a strong involvement in US GAAP and IFRS technical issues
- Constantly look to improve the close process
- Ad hoc tasks
You need have good time management and be a clear communicator as you will be working with other departments. Ideally you will have good exposure to IFRS or US GAAP and have had experience with large multinational group consolidations.
