A global FMCG company is seeking a Head of Finance to drive company growth through business partnering and improving key processes. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an organisation going through tremendous growth and looking to expand internationally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support and challenge the finance function, including operations, to deliver growth
• Help facilitate decision making through producing detailed, accurate financial information
• Business partner with key stakeholders to drive the improvement of financial awareness
• Support and drive the development of strategic plans
• Support plans and forecasts, whilst ensuring spend is in line with both the budget/forecast

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with industry experience
• Proven track record in providing a Business Partnering Service
• Commercial experience with experience in management and financial accounting
• Can lead a team effectively, delegating tasks as and when required
• Self-starter with a natural drive to manage and implement change
• Excellent IT Skills including Excel
