HEAD OF PEOPLE - BRAND NEW ROLE REPORTING TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Brand new Head of People role reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Due to some internal changes, I'm delighted to be supporting this 'legendary' organisation who have a tremendous reputation in their field.

People are the absolute key for the business, and their tight knit, team focussed approach is absolutely everyting to them. As well as being an expert in leading HR and People strategy, your technical background will be incredibly important, but your people skills and your ability to bring people togeher and communicate effectively from the ground upwards is of paramount importance.

You'll be able to drive all policies and procedures post COVID, and will be keen to make your stamp and be able to make recommenations to the Board in terms of what the next 12 months looks like from an HR and People perspective.
