My Client are a prestigious global Asset manager who are looking for a head of Risk to join the company and head up their Risk function in Luxembourg.

These will be some of the duties of the role:

In this position you will be expected to contribute to the weekly committee on risk oversight with the main contribution to be on Risk control and regulatory Risk matters.

You will also be tasked with overseeing and managing the risk control framework, not limited to the monitoring of internal risk limits and guidelines.

The ideal candidate:

• will be an experienced risk professional will ideally 5+ years experience in the asset management sector
• Have a strong understanding of risk management concepts & metrics as well as UCITS rules
• excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
• strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
