We are delighted to be working in Retained Partnership with our International Consumer Goods client who are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Head of Finance.

This is a newly created role, reporting to the CFO and playing a key role in the senior leadership team your responsibilities will include:

• In conjunction with key stakeholders own the setting and execution of the mid - long term supply chain finance plan
• Deliver robust budgeting and forecasting for the supply chain area
• Lead and develop a first class team
• Ensure first class insightful analysis with robust, commercial solutions applied to issues
• Work closely with and partner the Head of Supply Chain and other key stakeholders involved in the supply chain process
• Work closely with the business to ensure a robust review of capital investment

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACMA/ACCA). You will have extensive FMCG/supply chain finance experience across an international organisation. Exceptional communication skills are a necessity and the ability to deliver financial information to non-finance colleagues in a succinct manner. Excellent leadership & influencing skills are also a must have.
