This high performing hedge fund manager is looking to add a bright, enthusiastic and personable ACA to their tight-knit finance team.

The fund in question specialise in South East Asia and Japan and have a superb track record within their niche area. Your role will cover Fund Accounting, Operations and other commercial responsibilities; specifically you will be responsible for:

• Periodic Review and resolution of valuation issues
• Contribution / attribution analysis
• Coordinating the statutory audit process
• Review of performance fee calculation
• Prepare Introducer fee calculations
• Assisting with invoice and fee monitoring
• Reconcile daily equity, derivative and cash positions
• Assisting the in the preparation of Fund budgets and accrual estimates
• Daily and month end monitoring of share class hedging
• Assist with coordinating Tax reporting calculations(including Reporting Funds and PFIC) and coordinate distribution of reports
• Prepare ongoing charges calculation for All Funds (Quarterly)
• Prepare fund charge calculations eg dealing / redemption
• Prepare weekly fund performance estimates
• Daily booking of FX trades
• Daily management and monitoring of counterparty margin process
• Coordinating swap settlements
• Pre trade review of orders
• Assisting with trade settlement queries and liaising with brokers/custodians to resolve any settlement issues as appropriate
• Coordinating and preparing Board packs for quarterly meetings
• Prepare and provide monthly investor disclosures
• Ad hoc project work

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, from any practice size, with experience of financial services audit - banking, insurance, investment management, etc. You will be excited at the prospect of working in a small team and keen to develop a career within investment management.

Remuneration will be in the region of £50,000 to £55,000 with market leading bonus potential.
